27 Peace I leave with you; My [perfect] peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid. [Let My perfect peace calm you in every circumstance and give you courage and strength for every challenge.] Read Chapter
28 Jesus knew now that His work had been accomplished, and the Hebrew Scriptures were being fulfilled. Jesus said, "I am thirsty."
29 A jar of sour wine had been left there, so they took a hyssop branch with a sponge soaked in the vinegar and put it to His mouth.
